GUIDE TO PAYMENT VIA VNPAY ON THE WEBSITE
The VNPAY payment gateway is a payment solution developed by the Vietnam Payment Solutions Joint Stock Company (VNPAY). Customers using bank cards/accounts can utilize the QR Pay/VNPAY-QR feature integrated into the Mobile Banking applications of banks or linked e-wallets to make payments for transactions and enter discount codes (if available).
1. Payment method through the "VNPAY-QR payment support application."
Step 1: Customers select the product or service and choose either "Book Now". On the payment page, please double-check the ordered products, fill in the recipient's information completely, select the VNPAY payment method, and click the " Pay via immediately VNPay" button.
Step 2: The payment screen switches to the VNPAY payment gateway interface. Choose the method "Payment application supporting VNPAY-QR."
Step 3: The system displays the QR code along with the amount to be paid. Please verify this amount. Use the banking app (according to the listed items), select "Scan Code," and proceed to scan the QR code on the payment screen of the website. *Note: The QR code is valid for 15 minutes. * To ensure a successful payment process, customers are kindly requested to review the conditions and the steps for scanning the code on their phones in advance, to avoid any timeouts that may affect their payment and promotional codes.
Step 4: Check the information, enter the discount code (if any), and complete the payment. When completing the payment, you will receive a notification confirming that your order has been successfully placed on the website.
2. Payment method via "Domestic cards and bank accounts."
Step 1: Customers select the product or service and choose either Book Now. On the payment page, please double-check the ordered products, fill in the recipient's information completely, select the VNPAY payment method, and click the " Pay via immediately VNPay" button.
Step 2: The payment screen switches to the VNPAY payment gateway interface. Choose the method "Domestic card and bank account" and select the bank you want to use for card payment from the list.
Step 3: Please enter the required card/account information and select "Continue." The OTP code will be sent to the registered phone, enter the OTP code to complete the transaction. *Note: The transaction will expire after 15 minutes.*
Step 4: When the payment is complete. You will receive a confirmation message for a successful order placed on the website.
3. Payment method via "International Payment Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay)"
Similar to the payment method "Domestic card and bank account."
4. Payment method through "VNPAY e-wallet."
